Susan Bilskie brings more than 15 years of experience in hospice, palliative care, and private practice, with a background in business operations, development, and analytics. She combines operational insight with a practical understanding of data to help healthcare organizations identify opportunities, improve processes, and support sustainable growth.

As co-founder of Catalina Care Consulting Group, Susan helps organizations translate complex operational challenges into clear, actionable solutions. Her work focuses on strengthening business performance, developing useful reporting tools, and helping leaders make informed decisions.

Michelle Melvin | Co-Founder

Michelle Melvin brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience, with a background in hospice, community-based palliative care, and multi-state program operations. With an MBA in Healthcare Management, she combines strategic planning with hands-on operational expertise to help organizations launch programs, improve performance, and support sustainable growth.

As co-founder of Catalina Care Consulting Group, Michelle helps healthcare leaders turn complex challenges into practical, actionable solutions. Her work focuses on program development, policies and procedures, clinician productivity and capacity planning, leadership support, and performance improvement. She has supported operations across 10 states  

and helped launch more than 20 branches, bringing a practical understanding of what it takes to build and scale healthcare services.
